I love what I do! But I am totally swamped…

I have held hundreds of phone calls, chats, and meetings with people in franchising. I hear this same story from almost every franchisor I speak with.

Important needs of our franchisees are often at the top of our minds, but sometimes end up at the bottom of our list.

It may be unfortunate but it is not for a lack of trying.

Our phones bombard us with 200–500 messages a day across messaging platforms, email, phone, and text. At the same time, we're tackling 4–5 major brand initiatives, running field visits, helping dozens of franchisees get open, profitable, and satisfied — and then trying to do it all again, better, and in half the time.

As a former FBC, I faced this problem firsthand. I was able to average about one meaningful conversation per franchisee per quarter at best — unless the business was in real trouble then it is prioritized. And even quarterly, efforts were often reactive instead of proactive. I wanted to give the franchisees the absolute best chance of success with the least amount of headache. But I ran out of time every day, and it hurt.

That experience taught me something fundamental:You can't scale with talent alone. You have to scale with systems.

I started asking a simple question

What if every franchisee had one master system in their pocket you could talk to? — A place where a franchisee could go that centralized everything in one place that was simple, clean, and easy to use? Something that knew everything about their brand, never forgot anything, and never took a day off?

That question is what led me to build Frantelligence's core AI platform.
