Overview
Frantelligence may engage third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help deliver, secure, and support the Services.
Each sub-processor is required to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations consistent with
Frantelligence’s own standards. Vendor remains responsible for the overall performance of its sub-processors.
1. Current Sub-Processors
The following entities may process Customer Data in order to provide essential features of the Services:

2. Optional Integrations
Additional providers may be used if Customer chooses to enable optional integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Drive).
Such providers operate under their own terms and Customer’s authorization.
3. Security & Data Protection
Frantelligence requires its sub-processors to maintain appropriate security controls, including encryption in transit and at rest,
access controls, and compliance with applicable data-protection laws. Sub-processors are vetted for security and reliability prior
to engagement and are reviewed periodically.
4. Retention & Deletion
Customer Data is retained for the duration of the subscription and removed or archived thereafter in accordance with our Services Agreement.
Sub-processors retain Customer Data only as necessary to provide their services or to comply with legal obligations.
5. International Data Transfers
Where Customer Data is transferred internationally, Frantelligence ensures that appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards are in place
(e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
6. Updates to This List
Frantelligence may update this sub-processor list from time to time to reflect the addition or replacement of providers.
Updates will be reflected on this page, and Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the most current information.

8. Controlling Agreement
In the event of any inconsistency between this Sub-Processors Guidelines page and the Frantelligence Services Agreement,
the Services Agreement shall control.
